Re: Agent Owners and Employees are eligible to receive referral fees!


Agency Owners Agency Employees

Xanatek will pay you for each referral that purchases Insurance Management Solutions.


Rules for the Agent Owners:
  1. Submit a new prospect to Xanatek that is not in our system, you will earn between $100 and $500 when they purchase IMS. (A new prospect does not already exist in our database.)
  2. If the prospect already exists, and you are the FIRST to refer them, we will send you a $50 gift card when they purchase IMS.
  3. You have to submit the prospect on Xanatek.com. Please visit our website and submit the name, address, phone and email.
  4. First come first serve - Sometimes we will have more than one person refer the same agent. We will pay the referral fee to the first agent who tells Xanatek about the lead.
  5. Paid-in-full - The fee will be paid after their bill is paid.
  6. The above rules apply even if your staff submits the referral.

Rules for Employees:
  1. Submit a new prospect to Xanatek that is not in our system, you will earn a $50 gift card when they purchase IMS. (A new prospect does not already exist in our database.)
  2. If the prospect already exists, and you are the FIRST to refer them, we will send you a $25 gift card when they purchase IMS.
  3. You have to submit the prospect on Xanatek.com. Please visit our website and submit the name, address, phone and email. http://www.xanatek.com/referral.php
  4. First come first serve - Sometimes we will have more than one person refer the same agent. We will pay the referral fee to the first agent who tells Xanatek about the lead.
  5. Paid-in-full - The fee will be paid after their bill is paid.

Here are some additional tips:
  1. Have the referral remind us that you sent them.
  2. Feel free to ask us how it's going! If you refer someone, we would be glad to keep you informed about the sales process.

Xanatek may change this program at any time. We also reserve the right to distribute the amount between multiple refers when necessary. Amount of referral fee will be set at time of sale and is based upon purchase price paid by the lead.
