Phone support or training is the most common and accessible method of increasing your knowledge about IMS

  1. If you are on the monthly support package, you are encouraged to call tech support for assistance at any time during regular business hours.
  2. If you have questions about a specific task or area of the program, just call tech support and a Xanatek staff member will be happy to help.
  3. If you want more in-depth training, call tech support to schedule an appointment. Depending on your individual needs, a Xanatek staff member will schedule a training session from 30 minutes to three hours.
