SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

IMS has the following hardware recommendations.

(When you are on the cloud, you only need to consider the workstation and the scanner needs for your office):

Suggested Requirements for Workstation:

  • Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8 or 10
  • 4-GB RAM or more
  • 350 MB Free on Local Hard Drive
  • Screen resolution set to 1024×768 or greater
  • Latest Service Packs
  • Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.x
  • Internet – Recommended minimum speeds: 10Mbps Download and 3Mbps Upload. Your speed requirements may be greater based upon the numbers of users in the office. You can check your internet speeds at this website: www.speedtest.net or contact Xanatek Technical Support at 1-800-820-1665.
  • Microsoft Outlook 2007 or higher
  • Web Browser: Internet Explorer 9.0 or later

Suggested Requirements for Server (Only for those who will keep data locally)

  • Windows Server 2008 or Newer Server *
  • 4-GB RAM Minimum – Suggest 8-GB RAM
  • 2 GB+ Free Space on the Server System Volume (Typically C:)
  • 25 GB Free Space on the Windows Application Drive
  • Hard Drive Space (Depends on Business Size)
  • Latest Service Packs
  • Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.x
